So this happend with us today i a female of around 40kgs was having a two bag full of things in a bike with my husband. So getting down of the bike was also impossible as we somehow stacked those things. Now we went near the store not even 10m away and asked the person that we have lots of things with us and can't come down can you please give us a cartoon of milk he would have kept it in the front of the bike but the owner simply said no and his reply was there is no one to carry the cartoon when he could have easily helped us. It's not like we are buying for free. I frequently brought many things from there but i guess helping big brands is better than going for small stores they don't understand customer satisfaction. Also he had only one customer at that time and we would have waited for him to finish . And our bags were visible. Not going here again as amul is available elsewhere too. Thankyou .

They have stopped giving takeaway bags citing ban. They should know that anything above 75 micron are permitted. Just cheap gimmick and stingy customer approach
