The Divine Goddess Maa Kamakhya one of the oldest temple. The services are better and improved. Tickets are high 500 for normal line and main gate entrance Rs2000. Free Food services starts on 12 noon onwards and ends at 3PM.

One of the most popular destination places in all over Assam state. An ancient temple in Assam near guwahati. The temple has its own mysterious story according to 'PURANA'. Very beautiful and devotional place in all over India. It is a good tourist attraction who comes to visit in the state of Assam. The temple is modified time to time by state government.

Very poor management for this holy shrine.Your patience would be tested, So plan accordingly and be ready for disappointment. U will have to end up standing in the queue for 7-9hrs atleast.
The temple premises is terribly maintained when compared to most major temples in the country.
