The Hospital is convenient for wheelchair bound patients, and has a clean environment. Quite affordable too i must say. The doctors and nurses were kind. However, the discharge process was too lengthy, it took them more than three hours just to print out release papers. Also I had to school a waiter to maintain hygiene while serving food to patients and attendants. Kitchen staff should be checked for hygiene on a regular basis by the management. Rest all fine

It is talk of the town. It has certainly created a buzz and is a new and vibrant addition to the healthcare hub of dibrugarh in upper assam. It is equipped with state of the art facility and a multispeciality in its truest sense. Well manned staff with clean environment which is the need of the hour. Hope it continues to run in the similar fasion to be distinguished as above all other hospitals in the vicinity and serve the purpose too.

The behaviour of the reception is good. The infrastructure seems to be good. But I think they have to call the technician from outside , while anyone comes for EEG. They asked us to ensure that our toddler is sleeping so as to facilitate the EEG smoothly. He finally slept at 2 pm. They called the technician who took 1 hour to reach the hospital and finally my kid got awake again. So, despite waiting for the entire day my son's EEG could not happen. We had to return. I will request the authority to keep the technician ready for these kinds of emergency situations. Your infrastructure is good. But needs more professionalism.
