Routine veg thali is what we were offered when we asked for Assamese cuisine. There was no provision for a non-veg thali. Nonveg was to be ordered separately from the a-la-carte menu. We were a bit disappointed at that. We asked for duck fry and fish curry.

Food was adequate in quantity. It was well-made, served hot and quite tasty. Hostesses repeatedly asked if we needed refills. Enjoyed our meal.

Such a worse food we have ever eat. Insipid food. Mutton and chicken dish were not freshers. Staff behaviour was also not friendly. They gave excuse that "apunaluke hekhor faale ahile" but I would like to ask what is the appropriate time to have lunch because we went there about 2.00 PM which is generally lunch time for all. interesting part is their charge is too expensive. We paid Rs 1318 just for 3 veg thali, 1 local chicken and 1 mutton thali

I am explaining with details

I went to Brahmaputra hospital with my father on 08-04-2023 and my uncle for my father health checkup. My father strictly avoid to eat outside food because he is a heart patient but unfortunately we didn't bring any food for him So I decided to had our lunch an ethnic restaurant because ethnic restaurant provides fresh and good quality food. although hospital has its own canteen but I had bitter experience before so I check in Google and find "Majuli Restaurant" which is an ethnic restaurant and also not so far from hospital and most importantly I also don't prefer to eat Street food and anywhere where generally people eat. I like clean environment and home style food. So we went your Restaurant, But when I entered your restaurant I find that it was not I expected because maximum tables were massive and not cleaned. I entered toilet which was also dirty specially basin because muddy water pooled on it. Somehow we washed our hand. There only two staff there who were not friendly. I ordered 3 veg thali, 1 mutton curry and 1 chicken curry. He took our order and said we have to wait 10 to 15 minutes. After 10 minutes he again came back and said that broiler chicken curry currently not available so whether I like to eat local chicken curry. I said ok because local chicken curry is all time favourite and I expected it would have best. After waited a long time food were served which was insipid. All items were became cold including all bhajis and cauliflower bahji was burnt. It was a terrible for us because as I told my father is a heart patient and he always need fresh food. Comes what may, we started to eat then we feeled that mutton and chicken curry was not fresh that's why we left it 90% of it. In between a waiter came and said that there was another two items but we can't share you because it would take too much time and after few minutes he service mashed potato (Aloo pitika) which was completely worse, I didn't even touch it. We left half quantity of our meal because we unable to eat. When I went to the bill counter and asked for bill that time your waiter asked me how's the food and I said what was truth. Then do you know what was his reply. He said "Apunalukor oha late hol karone thanda khana paale". You tell me does it make any sense? If we visit your restaurant in your opening time than it's your responsibility to provide fresh and hot food and we went your restaurant about 2.00 PM which is generally lunch time for all. You can check your CC tv camera.
