Inexperienced and incompetent staff
Don't even know how much blood they need to collect to run tests.
Took my 1 month old baby there and regretted so much after they told me the given blood sample is not enough which was drawn by the nurse there after trying 2 times and asked me to bring her to another branch so that they can do all the tests again. And she's only 1 month old. And the collected blood is wasted. And I have to give her blood again. Totally incompetent.
