F3 fitness center has been a good choice of me. I was guided by a Proficient fitness trainers who encourages every individual to give their best. I am impressed with the hygiene maintained by them.

The coaches are empathetic and results driven. They continue to play hockey, volley ball and hand ball at National level. Good luck with your ongoing certification. Amazing job!

In house physiotherapist ensures great support and postural education alongside the coaches. Good effective static cool down done.

Happy to see progressive fitness studios that really care. From what I best know, this is the only Fitness centre/gym that provides ongoing weekly professional training for staff and give paid holidays to ensure their well being. No wonder the staff provide us and all those who signed up, personal care. Very inspiring lot you all are. Way to Go guys.

It's my first time going to a fitness centre and I am surely convenienced with their 3 day VIP trail. Super friendly and helpful staff made a positive environment. Nice ambiance which make you feel very comfortable. And I am looking forward for my best results. ????????

Spent a day with my grand daughter here. Fabulous work culture. No wonder my grand daughter loves to come here every single day without fail for working out! Keep up the good work.
