Had lunch during the visit to Vizag. Its on Visakhapatnam Airport access road. Usually crowded on Sunday. Food portion size and taste was good. Service was impacted due to crowd. Only decent option in the vicinity. Parking especially four wheelers is concern as they can accomodate Max 4 vehicles in available parking

I always used to order from eaters stop so being assured of the taste we went to the restaurant for dine-in.And that's the worst decision we still regret. Reasons:
1. Behaviour of the staff - they were so mean and they don't even care about their customers. They just try to insist their opinions on our orders. Also, no proper hospitality.
2. Quality of the food: I ordered Shawarma, Dragon chicken and fry piece chicken biriyani - shawarma is too bad.I think we can't even call it shawarma. The chicken pieces in biriyani hasn't been cooked properly. Biriyani is not upto the mark. Literally, no satisfaction.
3. Pricing : Guys!! All the items are too over priced. I have got 3 different bills. Apart from that they added tax on each and every food item excluding service tax and VAT. When asked in detail, they were not even answering properly about the tax values.
4. Ethics: This restaurant has no ethics and moral values. It doesn't support its customers nor feel responsible for them. They don't even just care about their customers which makes you feel so worse.
So, if you really want to taste the food from EATERS STOP then try ordering food from zomato or swiggy instead of going to the restaurant for dine-in. Because dine-in would turn your moments into a horrible experience

When I went it was around 4:00pm, haven't had my lunch so I thought I would eat some Chinese. Ordered Apollo fish and chicken noodles. Apollo fish was very nice, quantity taste it was good. Chicken noodles OK nothing to Complain. Bill came around Rs. 660. I felt food is good but not worth the price. If the bill came around 400+, I would have satisfied. I am not sure if they will make the changes in pricing.
