Railway services is much better than bluedart I didnot recieved my bike yet which should be delivered by 12th August the delivery guy doesn't answer the call the customer care number is much worst the delivery guy Rishi called me once and asked the address it's been 3days he called he doesn't answer my calls I'm not gonna use bluedart again I suggest u better not to use bluedart

One of the worst delivery services, infact Dabbawalla is far better than Blue Dart. They don’t try to attempt to address nor call. We have been receiving via Blue dart from last Decade.Everyone knows our house and pinned specific but every time I had to go to their respective offices and collect my parcel.Shameful and on top of it wearing Bluedress doing nothing.
I would highly recommend do not opt this courier services

The shop is under the flyover. It is full of bags and parcels. I am sure they are busy, but from the looks of it. Personal items from website is the lowest priority for them. I got an online print after almost 10 days. Tracking showed that I was not reachable (which is not true). I had to pick it up personally. Something must be done here.
