Inflexible in timing will start with saying your booking ID not matching, took 500 /- extra for early checkin, I told him I am not staying overnight even then complimentary breakfast was not provided . Better avoid or be ready to pay more, Don't let the Rolex watches in the reception fool you, Toilets are broken basin counter may fall on your foot if you are unlucky.

Here is the good - fast Internet, super good air conditioning, rooms were clean
Here is the bad : the linen looked as if it has not been changed, the staff was very courteous and had them changed quickly but the fresh sheets still had some stains.
The location is bang in the middle of the city which can be a good or a bad thing depending on what you are looking for. There is no parking, though we were luck to find one single super tight spot in front of the hotel.

Hotel rooms are good. No doubt in the maintenance and the room However the issue is with the hotel management. I am disrespected by the hotel management and am not treated well just because I made the booking online through agoda. The management went into the extent of saying that only those who directly come to them are their customers and anyone who books online are online platform customers and not their customers. This is deeply disappointing.
