Had a fabulous time at Craft Coffee Experience Centre @ Ballygunge today. The place has some really happy vibes, excellent ambience and great food. Everything we ordered had generous portions and tasted great, was fresh, juicy & delicious. The place is great for capturing lovely pics and memories too. Special shout out to Deep who attended to our table, had some great suggestions on food and made the experience most amicable. Definitely a place I will go back to again!

I love the food so much. The coffee menu is so amazing. Food has great taste and adequate quantity. The atmosphere is perfect food a date night and even for friends hangout. Being a coffee lover I absolutely loved the different coffee mixes. The staff is very cooperative and courteous ,well behaved as well as helpful. Definitely going to visit this place a second time. Also there are different sitting areas as per your choices.

I am sad to say that the place is only okay and not great or good. The setup is amazing if you like greenery and quiet. It's located on a quiet byline on Ballygunge and the whole place (ground and first floor) is amidst trees. Aesthetically it's pleasing for people who like to be in that kind of a setup.
The food is inconsistent. The croissant was very satisfying. So were the tarts. Everything else that we ordered (a mixed berry cheesecake, a sausage omelette platter and a hot chocolate that's not in the picture) were underwhelming. The cheese of the cake seemed to be a homemade version of cream cheese that was too light for my liking. The thin layer of berry flavouring on top had some artificial element. I personally dislike places that use canned or frozen food and that's why I'm giving this place an average rating. The rostis on the platter along with the beans weren't made from scratch.
