I visited this place to attend marriage reception of friend's sister. I really liked the location which is near to arumbakkam metro. The hall in the front was really great. The design was great. The hotel was very well built. The lighting was very nice. It was very convenient to access all rooms. The receptionist is friendly. The manager guided the guest really well. The function happened in the basement. The hall was spacious. The lunch hall was good too. The only drawback was the taste of the food. If they improve it, it would be good. The hygiene was great. I would definitely recommend this!

Unhygienic rooms. No maintenance at all. First we got a room which has no lights in the washrooms. We informed the reception but none of the staffs turned up. Then we took our bags and went to the reception. We got a new room but not at all cleaned one. Many cockroaches were there. Luckily we had to stay only one night there. Not recommended.

Booked for a marriage function, my room had no fan, just the AC, the central AC was not working (I didn't complain though) The Ac remote didn't work at first and had to change the batteries with the tv remote.
The wash basin's tap was not affixed, it was moving constantly while in use. Only 2 small soaps were provided, they don't provide any other necessities it seems. I heard there were roaches, but I didn't find any in my room.
Conclusion: I got a good room. Check the room before booking. The check in is for 24 hrs.
