I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Radha Regent hotel, and I must say that the overall experience was quite good. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with clean and spacious rooms and a variety of amenities that cater to guests' needs. However, I was disappointed with the level of customer service provided by the staff mainly the receptionist.

Throughout my stay, I encountered several instances where the staff members were unresponsive to my requests, and their attitude was less than accommodating. On one occasion, I requested an extra bed and it took over an hour for it to be delivered to my room. In another instance, I had a question about the hotel's room change policy because one more person should join us, and the front desk staff member seemed annoyed and uninterested in providing a helpful response.

Despite the hotel's impressive facilities, the lack of attention to customer service made the experience less enjoyable. While I appreciate the effort put into making the hotel a comfortable place to stay, I believe that the level of service provided should be a priority for the management team. Overall, I would recommend the Radha regent hotel for its beautiful facilities, but improvements in customer service are needed to enhance the guest experience.

We had a seven day stay at Radha regent and it was a wonderful stay. The property is huge with beautiful decors and exploratory corners like the lobby Cafe, bar , oriental corner etc. The reception and the entire property was very pretty and good for both family stay and for people visiting the place on purpose of business trips etc . The rooms aren't that big but they are clean and proper. The staff is polite and very helpful. Except for the language problems or barriers , this place is an absolute yes . We tried the dinner buffet which is a bit costly (1200) and it was fantastic with wide variety of options but the desserts weren't upto the mark. For in room dining also, the service was a bit slow but the food was good enough. Its a non smoking hotel and thus smoking is completely prohibited within the premises. The ambience is quite good and it provides a safe space to the tourists. The location is also quite good with availability of public transport right at the entrance and if needed, they provide you with rented hotel cars probably. Its a luxurious stay with good food and safety surroundings thus worth it.

This Hotel was a Perfect stay for our family. The Room was very clean and they were very accommodating though we arrived at 4 am and welcomed us with a tasty Ginger Tea.
The lunch in the restaurant was very tasty although the variety options were a bit less.
My highlight for this hotel was - location, clean rooms, kind staff, and good Food.
