I recently stayed at your hotel, and I just wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience I had. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making the check-in process a breeze.

Throughout my stay, I was consistently impressed with the high level of service and attention to detail. My room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city.

The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable.

I also wanted to specifically recognize Miss Srishti, your Front Office Executive, for her exceptional service. She
went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, providing excellent hospitality.

Her warm and welcoming demeanor, along with her attention to detail and passion for her work, truly made a difference in my overall experience. Her professionalism and genuine care for her guests are commendable and made me feel truly valued as a guest.

I cannot thank her enough for her outstanding service, and I hope that you will pass on my compliments to her. She is truly an asset to your team, and I have no doubt that she will continue to exceed guests' expectations in the future.

Nope. Was a bad experience. Dirty rooms and amenities. Requested early check-in and wasn't given a clear answer whether it was possible or not, despite us saying it's okay to be charged. Ended up waiting 4 hours only to be happily charged for early check in still.

F&B staff were great, buffet was amazing, but front office staff need more training. Housekeeping staff was also decent, but it's not their fault entirely that the rooms were badly maintained. That's a management decision.

Just expected more from a 5-star hotel. I've actually worked in one and I can tell that the management isn't interested in keeping this one alive for long.

On the other hand, location is great and it's easy to book a ride from Uber without any hassle and really less waiting time.

Overall given the price they charge and state of the hotel, I would recommend you look elsewhere. Not worth the money you'd pay to stay at this property.

It's a good hotel. Had a delicious food. That too reasonable price, Good Customer service. Had nice time with friends. It's very good place to spend time and money with friends. Spacious parking for two wheeler and four wheeler, Attractive entrance, Washroom also very clean
