The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. but little disappointed a variety of styles and collections. But The prices were reasonable and the quality was excellent. I also liked the store ambience, which was clean and spacious . The lighting were bright and clear.

#1 SCAM offers...!!!

Worst service. We have bought 3 dresses. When billing, they will entered bill for 4 products. I have raised my concern immediately. They have told, we can't provide refund for the wrong bill, instead of that, I need to buy additional cloth for the same price. I agree that. And the biller told, They have Buy 3 and Get 3 offer. So get 3 more dresses and they will offer 3 dress free. So, I will take 3 more dress and go for billing. They will charge additionally and didn't explain the bill properly. They are doing some big SCAM with the name of offers. Don't belive them. Better try some other dress showrooms. Don't go for PANTALOONS...!!! SCAM OFFERS...!!!

Customer service is wrost..I visit pantaloons inside the phoneix mall.now a days sale is going on..collections are good but still compared to other stores collections are low.staffs are coming behind us and marketing this is not a good way to approach to buy others
