St. Thomas Mount metro station is located just above the St. Thomas Mount railway station.
One can go to airport and also Central railway station from here.
No worries if you don't have cash, you can pay through UPI to buy tickets here.
The metro station is good and well maintained. Has elevator and escalator to get to the platform.
Don't forget to top-up your water bottle at metro station drinking water point, where one can get mineral water.
Even restroom also available.

Neatly maintained station. Vast place available. Less crowded. Easy access to main roads. Separate parking area nearby. Transport facility available to exit the station area.

It is easy to access from St. Thomas Mount Railway Station. There was proper directions to enter the platforms and board the train. They had separate ticket counters for upi payment and cash payment, but they didn't have any board mentioning which counter is for what type of payment. So verify before standing in the queue.
