I had booked 4 rooms. Rooms were really good. But the Hidden camera detector was detecting a secret camera impalnted in the heater in 1 of the bathroom. So thank God, we did not use that bathroom. Apart from that, the property failed to provide the additional pillow and mattress as promised, for which I was charged extra. I have been following with Oyo for refund for a couple of times... But no clue about refund and the complaint raised was closed without any call back or mail response. Any further update, will keep you posted. Due the Hidden Camera issue, I have downgraded the star rating. Otherwise it would have been 4???? rating.

Worst experience ever - reached hotel at 11:50 pm in the night , staff was not available , had to wait Outside-till 2:40 am, then i called oyo check in team, they also couldn’t connect to hotel manager and oyo captain as well, they said they escalated the issue, later from property few drunk boys came out and one among them was the care taker and he gave me a room with single bed for 3 of my friends , no towels no beds for 2 of my friends, we managed that night but next day some cluster manager called me and he apologised and said he will shift me to a different room, and that was also not done , room which he gave me was already occupied by someone, i had to cancel my trip because of this and i left the property at 2am in the night today and reached bangalore, neither oyo nor hotel management was able to help, they played games with me and i swear whatever i am saying is upto the point , i paid money but didnt got the rooms , you can check the hotel cameras for more information , i have stayed in a dirty room for jus 4 hrs and paid you money , Nobody assisted me in resolving my issue. Thanks

I reduced 2 stars for some reasons.
1- THERS SOME SERIOUS POWERCUT PROBLEMS. EVEN THOUGH POWER BACK UP IS THERE, IT IS ONLY FOR FANS AND LIGHTS NOT FOR ACs.
2. WE FACED AC BREAKDOWN PROBLEM WHERE ONE OF THE AC WASN'T WORKING AND THEY SHIFTED TWO OF US TO ANOTHER 2BHK NEAR TO OUR ROOM WHICH WAS IN SECOND FLOOR. THE BALCONY IN ONE OF THE ROOMS IS NOT CLEAN. FULL WATER FROM THE AC IS DRIPPING IN THE BALCONY ITSELF.
3. THE PLACE IS 6.8KMS FROM ROCK BEACH SO WE DIDNT FIND ANY OLA OR UBER FROM THERE. WE HAD TO RENT BIKES WHICH YOU WILL GET EASILY.

NOTE: THE STAFF IS POLITE AND VERY HELPFUL. THEY MANAGED EVERYTHING IN A PROFESSIONAL WAY. NO RUDE BEHAVIOUR. AND THEY HELPED US A LOT. EVEN ONE OF THEM GAVE US THEIR OWN BIKE AS RENT WHEN WE DIDN'T GET THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF BIKE. I APPRECIATE THE CAPTAIN AND THE MANAGER .
