I should have given 4 and half stars but sadly no option for half. It is my favorite place in Meghalaya for outings. The beauty of this place is beyond compare and there are enough spots to enjoy including swimming. White sand is incredible and the water is not deep so there is nothing to be scared of. The water is crystal clear and it's clean. I assure everyone that you will not regret visiting this place. The only thing that I wish they could improve is to maintain toilet properly.

Beautiful waterfall. But more than the waterfall, the rocks, the little puddles and ponds around the river makes this more fun for kids. For adults it offers a kind of a little hiking experience on those rocks.
The access to the other side of the waterfall view is harder to reach when water is gushing. So u can access it from the other side of the bridge.

Dainthlen Falls is a very beautiful place. We visited it in April when the water was low, and there were fewer tourists. The crystal clear waters were flowing gently, cascading down below. After descending, I realized that I was standing at the foot of a massive stone mountain.
