Location: It is located just opposite to Raymond with view of talaopali and busy street.

Service is good. Waiters are polite and have good knowledge about menu.

Taste: taste I found was ordinary. Butter pav bhaji was big disappointment. Dry Manchurian was good. Medu Vada is good too. Must try their tea, it is too good.

Quality and quantity is decent

Dishes are a little overpriced but still okay considering the location

They have both option of open air and close AC tables

Overall a good experience of fine dine but taste wise needs improvement.

Overpriced. As per the ambience, quantity and service, this is overpriced. We ordered Paneer Butter Masala, Dal Khichadi, Rotis, Veg Kolhapuri. Dal khichadi was tasteless. It was not khichadi, it was just dal and rice mixed together. Rotis were hard and like rubber. Panner butter masala and Veg Kolhapuri were tasty but quantity was less. Quantity of Dal khichadi was also less. Service was mediocre. Staff was polite and friendly but no staff was there to serve to us, we had to shout and call waiters. The salad given alongside was tasty. AC rates are different and non-AC rates are different. Non-AC rates are those of AC rates in other restaurants.

This was one of the popular watering holes in the 90s. The Indian cuisine that they serve is generally good. But you really need to have the tea they serve here. If you love your tea, you will find that its a compelling reason to visit this place again. Besides the tea, the location is great. The food menu is hardly anything to write about and is not much different from thousands of such restaurants that serve South Indian snacks, breakfast and north indian main course.
