Very very very bad experience. The shop sales executives try to sell a lot of sub standard products. False commitments that brands like Powerx, Nextron, Avertek, Aarvex etc are trusted & reliable..but trust me they are not. Really bad for consumers and good for their business. Just dont buy from here and those brands. The owner is a cheater & running behind money only. Never buying from here again. There are many other good shops in Thane.

I went with my laptop (8 years old), which had a few non-functional keys which disallowed me from entering the password to enter and thereby even make a backup. An external keyboard that they had handy on attachment worked swell. They provided a great 106 keys keyboard for a fine price which is working well given that I did not want to invest further into getting a replaced keyboard. The shop seems well stocked and the staff is friendly. Thank you.
