Tommy Hilfiger - Online Store: One of the worst online companies I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. I have bought several pairs of Jeans from this company over the past few years, and each and every single time, a rip appears in them after a very short time of wearing them.

You can be nearly almost certain that after 3 Months you will see a tear / rip in the Jeans. Which is extremely disappointing, considering the hideous prices they charge you for them, any pair I ever bought was always over 100 Euros or more.

A well established company that claims they pride themselves in quality? Yeah right! Tell us another one, the proof is speaks for itself, if you don't believe me, buy a pair and I guarantee you that you will not get any longer than 3 to 4 Months maximum out of them before the rip begins to show.

And that's not even the worst part! Wait till you contact their so called "Customer Service" they nearly make you jump through hoops before assisting you!

The people who answer the phones can barely speak any clear English, and muddle up everything your saying and cause major confusion which adds to an already frustrating situation! .

And if you e-mail them, they try to evade responsibility and completely ignore any points you raise but rather just advise you to send the Jeans back using the return label and they'll process a refund, and this takes ages.

In one particular incident I experienced with Tommy Hilfiger in 2016 - They had processed a refund for me, and then when I went to the ATM to collect it they had taken the refund back by mistake and this also interfered with my weekly wage in my bank which meant that when I tried to subtract my money there was nothing in the ATM and I was left without food for nearly a week or more over them, and couldn't pay my bills.

When I confronted them they told me it was an error and that it would be rectified. I then contacted my bank and they told me that it appeared that Tommy Hilfiger charged me twice for the same product.

I could not access my full funds in the bank as Tommy Hilfiger appeared to have captured 2 Transactions from my account for one order.

However the the funds for the second transaction appeared to had been put back on since, only after a 2 day wait which in the meantime resulted to serious frustration for me, not being able to pay my rent and not having enough food on my table over their mistake.

To add insult to injury, I spent a substantial period of time initiating a formal complaint in writing to complain about the issue, as well as calling their "Helpline", only to be left waiting for 2 days to receive a phone call from an incompetent person Ribhika she called me Friday 17th March 2017 She did not do her homework prior to calling me, because she had not even looked at the screen shot of the Bank statement I had sent her but only done so when I mentioned it.

after being left without my funds for 2 days she calls me, and tells me that there was no pending transactions and that no money owed to me, she did not appear to understand or grasp that prior to her call that over the past 2 days that this was not the case and that in fact her own colleague Peter confirmed to me that there was an error on their part and he could see this when I spoke to him on Wednesday 15th March 2017 again

Long story short, they basically caused me major problems by charging me twice for the same order and then pretending to know nothing about it. It took me weeks to get any sort of redress, and this was after hours and hours of phone calls and e-mails and nearly having to beg them for my own money back that they wrongfully took twice on me.

And only recently this year I bought Scanton Slim Jeans and they had a very light texture in them and I got about 2 and a half Months out of them and the same thing all over again, a tear appeared in them and when I complained I even told them I would keep the Jeans and try and patch them up if they provided me with a discount off my next purchase and they refused me this suggestions and just told me to send the Jeans back

well i purchased few shirts bt the fabric quality was so poor,i didnt wear twice,never puchase anythng from tommy????
