It really were great experience, met Payal at store yesterday when I step in to store. She has facilitated with all options she have in store. Visited this store yesterday.. I was totally disappointed. Other good reviews here are either paid/biased - There is a sales woman who is arrogant and does not have basic courtesy to attend to customers who visit the store. We were made to wait for more than 30 minutes, which we did patiently but then all our queries about TV were ignored as if saying "Hey Mr Customer - Shut Up - What do you know about Tv?" Pathetic behavior and pathetic staff.. They should shut shop.

I visited there today to purchase a mobile phone. I wanted to purchase Redmi Note 10 or Note 10 t. But the disgusting salesman there named Rahul insisted me to buy Redmi prime 10. Although I questioned him about the poor display and poor camera quality but idiot Rahul assured me about it. After billing when I used it I came to know that this is the worst buy. The salesman there are idiots. Don't go there. This idiot salesman wanted my money.
