Borrowed Activa 6g. Scooter received was new and refined. Helmet was also provided. Half tank petrol was available. Pickup and drop were smooth. I extended the duration easily through app. Customer service was supportive and gave basic instructions regarding keeping the scooter, extra km charges and other necessary details. To sum up, I felt the outlet at bakery jn tvpm as very professional.

Well, I have rented from RB 8 times in the last 8 months. The vehicles were not maintained but i kept trying different scooters and bikes each time. At the end, i liked Aprilla which i felt like is good enough. The second time i booked Aprilla, the scooter is covered with beach sand and indicator was broken (which i made them tape it, so that it wont come off). It was not cleaned and straight away renting the bike to the next customer. And refused to rent another vehicle. This made me done with RB, and I doubt i wont be renting anymore and should look for alternatives. I may give it a go one last time by renting a bike to see if its upto RB standards sometime this month. Maybe.

update:
RB in trivandrum has improved a lot. Past 3 booking were smooth and bikes were ready on time. They have introduced many new bikes too. Great work :)

Best rent a bike service in Trivandrum. I got a brand new Honda activate 6G scooter only 837 km on the meter board. My booking time 11 am but I got vehicle 30 minutes before as per my request. Executive Mr. Karthik young and energetic man helped at Royal Brothers, Bakery Jn Trivandrum.
