I taken appointment from ramakrishna dr and for me he was very good. He given proper medicine and my health become good at that time. But my last time I taken appointment from other one dr and it was very worst treatment. I am really bad health condition at that time, from reception to CT I felt bad experience. I said all my problems to that dr and he said me "maybe it was because of urinal infection and you take the urine test and come back". 45 minutes taken for urine test and then I return for treatment. Then dr was not there. Then I went to reception they don't know what to do next. At the end they said to go CT. I went there and one dr said me no problems in the urine test result and you can go. I am very tired and shivering also. Then I cried and after that they said ok we will take injection for pain. They given some medicine, and I mentioned I have fever also but they are not given fever medicine also. So for me the last time experience with this hospital was not good.

Looks posh only from the outside; nice parking space. Once you step in, you know the standards are not what you expected. Good thing is they have a system in place (tokens), there is not much crowd (you wonder why) and the prices are cheap (you wonder why again). Bad thing is the attitude of the people in the place. No empathy towards patients and for them people are all but just a number and a way to make money and pay salaries. The doctor we saw said nothing to help. Waste of time and money. I could have gotten all the help they gave online without having to pay anything.

I was here to assist in the Covid-19 vaccination drive for my colleague and got it without any hassle. We had prior appointment booked from the Cowin portal and the charge for the vaccination was 700/-. Covishield was our preferred vaccine. Not much of a rush here. We got token no 106, and the process was completed in half n hour. The Covid19 vaccination camp is situated at the 3rd floor and once you reach the Hospital you need to collect the token from the sideway security officer.
