I booked No. 1 Air travels for our journey from Kollam to Coimbatore on 1st February 2019. The bus ( AR01J 1555) arrived at 11 P.M. and we had a couple of bags along with a mini-cartoon. The driver who was a tamilian was very rude and an idiot who asked us Rs. 200 for keeping our mini-cartoon alone in the luggage section and then forced us to keep the bags with ourselves in our seats. I urge the officials to take an immediate action against him (for bribing), if not your reputation will soon decline and the company will have to be closed soon.

The worst worst worst travel & bus booking agent. These guys are the pick up point agents for so many reputed good bus operators. In Trivandrum, these guys rupture the traveller with nil courtesy, in return these behaviors affects the reputation of the operators.

I had a very bad terrible experience with these fellows, so called travel agent No. 1 TRAVELS.

I have traveled from kochi to attingal at night 1am in sleepar class the driver and helper is very rude they did not called at my dropping point and drop down 35 km away
The service is poor I will never get this buss
