I am writing this email to share with you my experience with the journey i have done through your Bus No KL 63 F 2229 on 25/11/2020 from Vythiri to Alappuzha.I booked ticket through redbus and after booking confirmation i have contacted in the Mobile number given in the SMS regarding dropping point.I have parked my vehicle near KSRTC Alappuzha and i required dropping point near Jos Alukkas which is on state highway and through the road we can enter at SD college at National Highway.The contacted person told that you can be dropped where ever required and asked me tell this to the driver before reaching destination.I have told this to the Driver and Bus Attendant while entering the bus.Bus Attendant also told that you can be dropped where ever required.On Reaching Alappuzha i told them to drop me near jos alukkas which is on state highway and through the road we can enter at SD college at National Highway. but the Driver Mr Sudheer Shahul Hammed turn the bus through another SH road near general hospital and dropped me near SDV school at National Highway.I told him that this was not what assured by you and there is about 3.5 km from there to jos Alukkas and I am having a heavy bag with me and it is around 3.00 AM in the morning with no transportation facilities available.He arrogantly told me that "Who told you to travel with a heavy bag" and asked me to get out from the bus. I get out from the bus and walked 3.5 km to my destination with my heavy bag.The improper attitude of the Bus Driver Mr Sudheer Shahul Hameed was witnessed by me since the bus started from vythiri he was continously talking to somebody over phone for about 30 minutes in the dangerous Thamasserry Hairpin Curves. I request your kind intervention regarding the improper attitude of staffs who are tarnishing your brand image as well as putting your passengers life in danger.

I can only give 1(one) mark out of 100 (hundred) for Aadithya travels. It was very disappointment for a frequent traveller like me to have a sleepless bus journey.

I booked a ticket (A/C) from thrissur to Trivandrum in Aadithya travels on 28.10.2019.

The push back seat was not good. We can't sit comfortably in it.

After Ernakulam, they changed the settings of Air conditioner. 2 minutes the AC will work and then another 15 to 20 minutes only blower. Which creates the feeling of suffocation.

The driver, I think, was a Bullock cart driver or a local lorry driver. from start to end he had his rough driving habit. He lacks the quality to drive a passenger vehicle.

The entire journey was terrific for me and I decided not to go for Aadithya travels once again.
