I did my shopping here today
Sheela helped me a lot also explained very well about the products
Was happy experience

However ranges were less than I expected as on nykaa app
In terms of make up brushes and other brands
Pls add varieties too
Overall good one

I have been to Nykaa store in Mantri mall for over 4 times in the past 5 months and every time the environment and the staff are so hostile. As soon I enter the store they first come to you like a hawk and hover over you and then stand aside and stare. Makes you feel so uncomfortable to look around freely at other things we might want to buy.
This time when I went there and picked 2 nail polish and wanted to look around for lip products when one employee (A little darker skin toned, there was no name tag) snatched the nail polishes from my hand and asked "you want to buy these 2 do you want anything else" That was so rude.. I just bought them and walked away. I don't think I will be doing any purchases from this store again!!!!! And this occurrence is not one time, every time I went into that store they immediately made me uncomfortable. And I have seen this same employee there, so there is no change in staff.

Also, I don't understand the management, despite soooo many complaints and reviews about your staff members just in google reviews, there is still no change in staff nor their attitude towards customers!

Wish I could give you negative star.

I am very happy and satisfied with the wonderful service given by Sumithra, she helped choose products among various shades and brands. She was very patient and enthusiastic to help the customer to the fullest. I'm very happy and will visit again.
