The Sampige road Metro station is the only metro station in Namma Bengaluru that provides direct access to Mantri mall, one of the city’s largest malls. The bridge connecting the station to the mall’s first floor was inaugurated on 20 August 2014.

It's one of the metro station located in a prime location. It has a direct entry to mantri mall.

Good station has the basic facilities and accurate information is indicated. But the exit is dangerous since a major construction work going on, hampering the smooth traffic movement as well. Happened to use metro on an occasion to reach to place faster than the travel on road, cabs were unavailable, so enquired an auto, they demand unreasonable fare like 450 for 10 min 5km ride, and pick a fight without any reason. Better to book Uber or Ola mobility for reaching anywhere closer hassle free.
