The worst customer service !!!
I am never going to shop from this miniso outlet ever the cashier was so rude to me . He billed ppl behind me even though I was waiting . Though there was server issue from his he was so rude abt it . He spoke abt me in his language thinking I don't understand .

Worst cashier i have ever seen. He is not fit for his role. He has got lot of anger when it comes to the customers he behaves as if he is doing a favour by billing for them. Store manager is mannerless. He doesn't know how to talk. Change him immediately. Worst service.

Ideal store for cute stuff, collection was better than other Miniso I visited. When checking out my payment didn’t go through, had to come back after a while to fix the payment which was very inconvenient.
