I planned for a Maldives trip last month and booked Gofirst. I booked the return flight as well. And suddenly three days before the date of departure I got a message from gofirst that my onward flight is cancelled due to operational reasons. Imagine my situation. I repeatedly called the customer support no one was answering the call. I had no clue if i have to wait for reschedule or book another company flight. And so close to the date you know the ticket prices would have shot up. Pathetic experience. Some how managed to book with other operator and started our trip. Exactly three days before the date of return they cancelled return flight as well. I made a decision and promise that never I am gonna book GoFirst in my life. Pathetic experience. I recommend my friends and family also to never book GoFirst. They are not even fit for taxi service.

Pathetic Air services. I mean the airline fool it's customers and Travellers. While online booking the airline shows the different timings and in actual they delay flight by 3 to 4hrs. Management of this flight is just worst. I will never recommend any Traveler to choose this airline travel for their travel to any state or city.
Bengaluru -Jaipur Flight is always delayed by 4 hours. I will never ever travel again with this airline

have been travelled Mumbai to b'lore on 15th jan 23.flight was delayed 25 minutes. Reason was operational service. Again travelling on 17 Jan'23 from b'lore to mumbai, waiting at b'lore airport, massage recd 1 hour delayed. Not good experience.
