One of the largest airports in India with all amenities and facilities in proper order. Once you get to the airport there is a beautiful view of the campus where you can use digiyatra for seamless entry or do a general entry as well. Boarding lass is available on ground floor itself and security checks are on first floor. Departure gates are on ground and first floor and people are helpful to guide you through everything

If I could give air India's service 0 stars, I would. Their team is terrible. We had a customs and immigrations holdup that took a couple hours. it was an issue that should have been checked before we got on the flight, and was a mistake on the air India team. After that, the women at air India said we couldn't leave until they signed off on it, then they left. Had to wait 30 minutes for a lady with the worst attitude to sign. The worst part is that customs and immigrations said we were free to go. Then this lady gives us all this gyaan about how air India is now in trouble and we're causing her problems. Do not fly with air India!
