View is great and the man that served me coffee was happy and polite.
Theres no one around as it is early. There were staff standing around doing nothing and looking outside and laughing tho when l sat down there’s crumbs on tables and chairs and thats obviously from lastnight & yesterday which could have been cleaned and attended to. Then at one stage there were 6 staff behind the counter and 2 customers walked up to place and order and its very poor to see several of the staff look at the customers then look away and not acknowledge themu003d extremely bad customer service. Then it took 3 staff members to make a simple order. OMG
Either this is poor training or lack of motivation. Also the cold coffee was like a thick shake syrup thats melted and very little coffee in it…. What a Joke

Food is as always tasty only thing is my puf was not hot , space is very clumsy and not clean at that time , service was good and on time,

Location - 4/5 ( Cyber hub 1st floor )
Covid precaution - 2/5 ( just a plastic sheet has been installed )
Restaurant visibility - 2/5 ( Low it’s in food court area near the entrance )
Staff - 1/5 ( Forcing you to do it online and making claims like you can’t pay by cash? Or card you have to order online )
Quality - 4/5 ( McDonald’s quality )
- Everything is fine but the staff was miserable.
- There are four counters and only one representative.
- Staff is forcing you to order online by making false claims towards their own restaurant- you can’t pay by cash/ card is not working/ you have to order online only.
- They try to force you and that is super frustrating and annoying.
- Regular food court with basic covid precautions and decent quality.
- Sitting area is nice :)
