Highly disappointing to see low standards of such a renowned chain restaurant.
As a customer we come up with the expectation of getting quality at par with international standards.

Here is what I got a burger with buns as dry possible, definitely difficult to swallow without any drinks.
Frankly taste was ok, but that bun on the top and bottom makes experience worst.

On top of it when I called and asked the staff to cross check wether it's normal here or something abnormal in the particular case, they took back the remaining burger and never came back to give me any sort of feedback.

Funnily took off the remaining portion of my burger with themselves so basically I paid for half fed meal.

As of now I am still waiting in the outlet to get their response. It's already more than half an hour

Ordered multiples items like hot & crispy hot wings strips dips and all
But recieved only strips after 40 minutes wait in gurgaon city and no one is responding as well worst experience from kfc kalyani and zomato

Pathetic experience ever with KFC!!

I have been highly disappointed by KFC here in India in main hub in gurugram that how they serve their beverages Thee paper of the glass has melted so badly and even the quality is not kept in a brand like that .
Thet don't have rice bowls on this peak hours of dinner. Some meals are missing as they are out of it ..the quality of the chicken is too low grade that I could suggest them a better vendor for it than they are buying.
I urge to people out there that until the standards of this place comes up don't try to eat here as they serve as the road side stuff. I have spend around 1500 approx and never felt like eating a good meal and serving was too poor specially for the beverage in a 50P glass. Guys outlets outside know better packaging and the quality of glasses they serve in. A good quality paper glass which doesn't melts like this ...

-10 for THIS 3rd grade OUTLET of KFC...will recommend no one to visit here .if someone would try KFC for first time they would hate this franchisee or brand. Pathetic experience.
