Staff is rude and not responding properly. Still I am in hospital, my wife admitted, however none management has any responsibility. Highly disappointed with management. Even government hospital has more better quality staff. Dr. Dhyan Patel is good.

Visited this place with one of the relative refered by Well known pvt Hospital and thought things will be very fine and smooth.

At first they do not have parking place at Hospital. Secondly at reception counter very rude person was sitting who dosent seems to be nursuing staff from any angle.( Communication,Behaviour and customer handling. Softskill training strongly advice.)

Then comes the biggest surprise where in patient is taken inside but relatives or the person who brings the patient to this hospital has to wait in stairs and that too in direct sun light. Frequently their cleaning staff who pretends to do cleaning shouting on these poor guys to go out side and not to stand there. My only advice is there has to be dedicated place for sitting as people are payimg high fees then this basic facility is expexted. People came here due to illness and not by choice.

People need support as they are already in pain if they are visiting your hospital so hope owners might take corrective steps for the comfort of their customers.

Dr Dhyan patel sir and Dr. bharat patel is so intelligent and very kind they hear to patient and give full time
Also staff is so supportive all test are available ij one roof I recommend to visit here????????????
