Nice location. Decent building. But parking is in basement is too less - almost every space available is reserved for owners. Visitors are not allowed to park in parking space outside building and sent to basement where there is NO PARKING SPACE for visitors.

Easy access, near to metro station. Easily get transpotation.

Best location if looking for commercial.
Parking space is to the perfect.

Only issue is operating of lifts.

During this diwali time although most of offices in building are closed but there are 2 libraries on 4 & 5 th floor having total strength almost around 100-120 (mostly CAs) and having exams from 1st Nov. It's almost a week that none of the lifts are operating and so they all using the stairs for 4th/ 5th floor and carrying bags .They are paying full fee and still not getting the services.And during this peak examination time all these things makes their day more difficult.

It's not the infrastructure but the services defines the place.
