We reserve Private room with AC but AC was not working for three day in this hot summer and the water was literally coming out of it and the room Was smelling very unhygienic we complained regarding this issues and 1 man came and insured us to make it work with maintenance workers and the room freshener but deployed very lately. AC was out of servicing date . Management should kindly take care of it I have a video also. Sorry for this ????????

Writing this review while waiting for a child specialist in the hospital. We were called at 13.30 but the specialist hasn't arrived till 14:45. Waiting game is still on with 4yo who is waiting impatiently with high fever.

Finally the doctor was here at 3pm. Almost all patients waiting here said Dr. B.D Singh's punctuality is +2 hrs.

AVOID this specialist at any cost, unless you want to wait him for hours with your sick child.

They should learn to respect patient's privacy. It is very inconvient to tell problems to doctor infront of other patients. They instruct more than one patient to enter into doctor's chamber. Don't they have basic knowledge about how to protect patient's privacy. Moreover multiple staffs were present at the chamber. Staffs were coming and going frequently. Felt like I was among a crowd. Dr. Biswajit Dey is a good gynecologist but they should consider patient's privacy seriously. Because of this privacy issue my experience is worst.
