For me and my friends, this tour operator did not keep promises he made. Firstly at 11th hour, one day before we start, he asked us to give 15,000 extra than we discussed.
We had no choice as we already had our tickets booked and leaves approved.
Hotel in Lachen was worst with no electricity and geyser . As we had to cancel changu so we were provided a 1D1N darjeeling trip instead from Pelling. If they could not find good hotel, they could have told us earlier at least we dint have to face severe harassment. It was a small lodge with no water in the morning till 7.30 AM, extremely dirty blankets and flooded bathrooms with dirty sewage water. We had to rush to public toilet for freshen up and had to postpone site-seeing. The lodge refused to share wifi password as well. There are lots of harassment we faced even after paying a lakh of rupees (excluding fooding cost for almost entire trip)

Worst travel agent ever seen
We booked our trip on 10/2/2023 and advanced him. We had our trip from 8th april-15th April. 2days before our journey, he suddenly told us to pay 15k more for the trip else he would cancel the whole trip. As we were puzzled in the 11th hour we agreed to pay him that much amount. Even after that the service we got from him is just pathetic. He committed us to provide certain hotels but in reality he didn't give those. When i complained about that he shouted on me. The hotel he proved us in darjeeling is 3rd class and no one can stay there for single night. We had no water in bathroom from morning and at last when water service restored the bathroom overflowed with dirty water from the outlet. He cheated us like this . So I would request every one kindly stay away from those fraud agencies and the owner suvankar is a fraud. Kindly stay away from dreamland tour and travels.

Worst tour and travel agents in west bengal. Do not book anything if you don't want to get manipulated..
They only haress their customers after taking money from them.
