Room Service is Good. Overall good for friends but not Good for family or special friends.

Not as much as you would expect. The non-AC rooms are very small. The verandah attached with the AC room is notoriously filthy. The washroom is like a pocket in your shirt. The flush is disgusting. The commode remains dirty untill you flush it thrice. It deserves 1.5 star. There's no hotel manager. The guy who sits in reception looks like a scapegoat. The surroundings of the hotel is as good as its verandah. The pros are its location. There's a good tea shop nearby. This exp is my honest confession. Plz dont stay here if you come with your family. Lots of improvement needed. Kindly raise your standard dear Hotel Shanti Lodge.????

Average hotel .. Staff s r good..Rooms r clean, but size is small. Location is good.
