A place one would literally never want to leave. Gorgeous location from the lake and equally mesmerizing homestay, where people living in it makes you feel warm as much the sun does on hills. Hope this convinces you enough to choose such a beautiful & affordable stay for your vacation! Don't trust me, check out by yourself folks. Happy Travelling! ❤️

Travelled solo and stayed for 2 nights. I was given the option of moving to a double bed room and i took it :). Lovely gesture. Angelina and her family are so warm and friendly, help you with any questions. Definitely a must stay, and also very affordable.

Anjelina and her family are one of the sweetest families I have met in my travels. It was our home away from home. Their love and warmth, their hospitality, delicious food prepared by aunty everything was so special. Our long conversations, laughs, the emotional connection we had with them will forever be etched in our heart. They indeed are superhost. Cozy rooms, beautiful view from the terrace, great location added to this great stay. They have three very cute cats and a dog; so like me; if you are a pet lover, you are gonna have a really fun stay.

I personally always look for activities or places which are offbeat rather than typical touristy things and Anjelina suggested exactly that to me. I was pleasantly surprised to realize how similar we are in every way (even our shoes matched exactly :-) ) .

I would highly recommend "Haamro ghar" for all the travelers who plan to stay in mirik. I could feel a void in my heart when we were leaving "haamro ghar". I am eagerly looking forward to my revisit to mirik and meet them again. Love you Anjelina, Rubeena, uncle and aunty ❤
