Best yoga class in Kolkata. Teaches advanced yoga, explaining the benefits of each asana. I have been benefitted since I started practising yoga under the guidance of Shiv sir. He is the best teacher one could have asked for.

It is one of the best places for Yoga (especially Hat Yoga/ Power Yoga).
Shiv sir guides you and helps you as per your need. He is both a teacher and a friend- his classes are fun-filled yet serious.
All students under him can expect a good physical transformation along with mental peace.
Recently, I had the opportunity of performing Shatkarma under the guidance of Shiv sir. It has been one of the best purification process and with his ways of guiding you, you can surely feel at ease. Shatkarma is highly recommended here - it happens once in a year and one should not miss it.
My overall experience here has been amazing. I love it so much that whenever I am back in Kolkata I always visit the centre.
