I have been purchasing a substantial amount of cat and dog food from this shop for the last seven months and I must say that their service quality has deteriorated. Even if you are buying regularly form their shop still they treat you like any other customer. Today I bought a N&D 2.5 kg for about 1800 Rs. They charged Rs 3/- extra for the bag. Earlier bags were free. Today the front desk personnel asked me to pay for the bag. On the way to my home the bag was torn apart on its own and the packet fell to the ground from my bike handle and burst open. It is extremely unprofessional on their part to sell me a bag which couldn't even last for 4 kms while carrying only 2.5 kg.

It's a delight to see that more number of retail stores are being introduced to our city dedicated to serve the fur balls of our family. It's always better to have more options around you for getting toys for the hyperactive, naughty pets. The store is a good and reliable store to go to when in need of essentials for your pets. The staff is polite and cooperative. Looking forward to visit the store again.
