To day, I had a case in this Court... My Opposition party is THOMAS COOK INDIA LTD ON SERVICE DEFFICIENCIES... we under took a all paid EAST EUROPE TOUR thru the above your operator. In the tour, there were several service Defficiencis those ruined our pleasure. I am fighting myself. Today, the President of the forum ordered me to submit my complain with annexures on 8.4.2021.The case took only half an hour. The court room is specious, neat and clean. All the court officials were cordial.The court I am reviewing is not State one.. It's the District Consumer Redressal Forum, unit lll, 18 Judges court, Alipore kolkata 700027
