I had a trip from 21.01.23 to 26.01.23 to Kashmir, Couple with son. It was all around an excellent trip.
1. The selection of hotels were all superb in all places - in Pahalgam, Gulmarg and Srinagar. Staffs were very courteous, prompt and professional. Services were really good and comparable with international standards. Always felt at home with excellent delicious foods in breakfast, Dinner and Hi tea (in some places).
2. The local people were very very courteous and welcoming with smiling faces. They were always helpful and very fair in bargaining for any activities.
3. Last but not the least I always speak high about Unicorn Travels, Mr Subhajit Banerjee and other supportive staffs. I had a number of experiences in the last 10 years. Everytime they were very easily communicable and they really respond promptly also within the trip which I feel keeps your comfort and confidence very high. This time also no exception. Also the entire package management, their suggestions were different from any others and were really excellent.
I would be really comfortable with them for any future trips next.
