I just wanted to express my sincerest thanks and appreciation for organizing such an amazing trip to Dubai..The itinerary was well planned and the destinations you chose were simply breathtaking! The hotels and accommodations were superb, and the tour guides were knowledgeable and welcoming.

All of the places we visited was awesome , where we had stunning views and numerous photo opportunities. I was also impressed with how well-organized everything was, from transportation to meals and activities..

Overall, I had a fantastic time and I would highly recommend your trip to other travellers. Thank you for your hard work in planning everything, and I look forward to joining you on future trips.

Europe was a dream my wife and I had nurtured for years. And to help that cause, I chose Trip Factory Salt Lake. It was a wise choice, I must say. Subarna helped me... the anxious first-timer... with everything so beautifully I didn't have to worry about anything. The guided tours were chosen perfectly, all the hotels were lovely and the pickup and drops were on point. No hiccups in the service on abroad though I pestered them continuously. Everything, absolutely everything was taken care of by the team. Thank you, for making a dream come true.

Trip factory is a cheater. They took advance money for our family trip to Singapore & Malaysia. Later they said that they can not provide me visa because my passport has insufficient validity. After one day when I canceled the tour they deducted Rs.6999!!! Please be careful to deal with this company. If branch office doing the mischief, the head office do not interfere!!!
Again false excuse! I didn't pay them in cash, I paid by bank NEFT. I have the documents with me. They were unable to provide me visa, still they insisted me to pay full amount the very next day otherwise I had to pay heavy penalty. So I had to cancel the trip.
