I wanted to thank you very much for planning the trip to Goa. It was amazing and exceeded my expectations! We had a wonderful time and were very pleased with the accommodations in Calengute and Colva Beach. Our local co-ordinator were fantastic! The night life of Goa was great. I think we would agree that the private and small tailor made tours were one of the best way to go.

All in all, it was the trip of my dreams and I would happily use your services again in the future! I loved every minute of our trip and can't wait to plan another in the future.

“Very Bad experience with the travel’ers Club”

Last year 2016 July we (total 3 family) planned to go to Guwahati and shilling December last. We went to Travel'ers Club. It was 4 month ago before the tour. We talk to Arnab(owner of Travel'ers Club) and happy with his view about tour. He ensured that it will be very nice experience if we choose Travel’ers Club. We clearly mentioned our requirement about types of hotels and Dinner, Breakfast etc. We booked Air tickets from our own. They only took responsibility for Hotels, Car and fooding.

Within two days we submit all money that required. After 4 days of it, according to him all arrangement is done. We are also relax the acknowledgment.

Now, Problem start after just reaching shillong.
1. Hotels are not booked. (We came to understand that Arnab booked it just that day when we reached shilling. We paid for 3 room for 6 adults but only 2 room available. We have to manage, No other option, Also Arnab try to avoid us and talking nonsense that they can manage but it was impossible for them).
2. Not the type of good hotel we planned for.( We clearly talked to them about this and paid accordingly )
3. In Guwahati also it happened again but in this case it was the worst one.
a) Third class Hotel ( but clearly mentioned our requirement for very good hotel to Mr Arnab, he took money from us accordingly for this 4 month ago of the tour)
b) No Dinner available ( we paid for dinner to arnab also, but have to take from out side)

Probably the best Travel company. Excellent team of Mr. Pratik Majumder and Mr. Banti. Professional and positive personality. They try their level best to make your travel experience forever memorable. Highly recommend med.
