Last week, I had arranged a birthday party for my daughter. My overall experience was below satisfactory.
The boat decorations were quite unsatisfactory. The balloons were of cheap quality, and they were not able to set up the decorations as per our requirement
The catering was completely disappointing. The quality of the food was horrible. The chicken served in the starter was hard, which made it difficult to chew.
The chicken served in the main course was rotten. My guests complained that they were feeling sick the next day. Also, the people who were serving the food were not efficient, they were serving small portions of food to the guests, and on request, they denied to serve anymore.
Perhaps, the most disappointing of all, however, was the 'chocolate mousse'. It was something that my daughter and her friends were looking forward to, and to their, and all the other guest's disappointment, the so-called mouse had a thin layer of chocolate followed by something made of rawa, which was not edible.
Due to heavy rain, the number of guests was less than expected, so we had asked to be provided with food parcels of the extra food. To our shock, when we opened the parcels the next day, half of the items were missing. And the amount of food we had been provided with, was very little.
The only good thing is that the coordinators, Mr. Niladri and Ms. Bobita were supportive throughout the process.
Overall, the entire experience was disappointing and underwhelming. My recommendation is to not make the party of more than 40 people. It becomes very congested and unmanageable.

We celebrated our daughter's 5th birthday party on a cruise by Travel Amigo. The team took the responsibility of decorating the cruise and taking care of the foods and desserts and they sure didn't let us down. I am looking forward to making more memories with them.

They organised a important event for us. Mr Niladri over phone and Mr Debasish on boat requires special mention...tried their best to make our experience a memorable one. Quality of food served was also good. Overall a good experience in reasonable price.
