It is a great place to do yoga. It is just one month but my experience has been excellent. It has improved overall mental and physical health. The trainer has been very cooperative and takes a lot of care in teaching us.

Very nice experience and good results of yoga practice under the guidance of highly skilled and experienced teacher Mr. Anirban.
I'd highly recommend anyone for being taken care by one of finest and best yoga classes that has range of activities to offer.

I have completed yttc from THE VIKSIT JIVAN recently and I strongly recommend this academy if anyone is looking to do the teacher training course in Yoga. The syllabus is beautifully designed with a diverse mix of asans and in depth knowledge about atanomy. Anirban sir give his best as trainer and coach. I did online course and i was amazed to see how they gave attention to minute details and corrected our postures. It not only give us deep understanding of the postures but also help us learn how to handle classes online n offline efficiently. I am very happy i chose this academy and it has helped me in changing my lifestyle and also handle the classes efficiently and effectively. Thank you Anirban Sir????
