I booked looking at rating online but definitely this is fake rating. The hotel staff are not cooperative. I had requested for king size bed but they provided single beds. Executive room was very small as compared to what they show online and not clean and 3400 for one night is just too much for this kind of service. We get 3 star service in this price. One more thing, the location is too crowded as it is new market area.

Good location, but very expensive. The hotel is very old, and I don't think it deserves a three-star rating. I booked it only because it advertised as a three-star hotel. The corridors look so dirty. Many times, I have encountered black water in the bathroom attached to the image. If I complain, it stops for the day, but after a few hours, the black water comes back. Room service was okay. For 1 liter of water bottle they charged Rs.55/-. Time went just because it's a prime location.
At room lot of things needs to be fixed. Power socket did not work 2/3 number. Many things broken inside room. Lot of improvement required.

Pros:
Food is good. The staff is cooperative. The location is great.

Cons:
Rooms are old and not refurbished.
The toilet is badly managed, with no exhaust fans, the shower is very old and unmanageable, the curtain separating bath area seems to be ancient one and not washed since long. The locker provided is broken. Elevator doesn't accomodate more than four people, let alone the luggage. One has to wait eternally for the elevator.

Overall, not justifying the huge tariff.
