Walked in at nearly 1:00 pm to find manager doing elaborate make up and staff member Arpita asking me to come back after 30 minutes as system still not on. When I complained to customer care manager cared to call else was least bothered and sitting with eyes closed with full face caked with makeup.

The lady was not nice , after purchasing more than 4k she doesn’t even wanna provide you with a paper bag. You literally have to ask her . Even though she send a bill by text , she makes you wait for the bill for a long time . Never shopping there again .

Unfortunately the store has hired fraudster employees, I bought a body spray for 295/- and I was charged 1295/-, he didn't share the receipt saying out of paper and the machine he just asked me to enter pin. Hiring such an employee brings a bad reputation to the brand, requesting the manager to please go through last Saturday's video (13th Aug around 6:30 PM video) and identity and fire such an employee. You are heading for disaster
