It was very bad experience to buy solitaire from them. When we asked them that we want to exchange old with new and asked for old Jewell price they told half of price on which we bought from them only.
When I told either you are cheating now or you cheated earlier then they checked the bill and agree same amount on which i purchase instead of as per current market price. They are not giving their diamond price as per current rate so it looks to me that they are cheating and not giving actual stone because they are giving their certificate not internationall gemstone certificate.
So I decided to get price same as old and purchased gold Jewell so that I have not visit to them again at least I can exchange gold anywhere with latest price

So suggesting not to buy diamonds from them

I am giving it one star because I can't give it lesser than this.It has been THE WORST EXPERIENCE of buying jewelry.When you buy a jewelry their assurance of post sale service is so compelling as if they would be available on stand by in case of any issue but once you buy a jewelry then their response is 'IT IS NOT MY JOB'.I have this experience with expensive jewelry bought from Syndicate Jeweler , Gel Complex, Ranchi which required bare minimum fix from them but I received one of the rudest possible response for this request.I highly REGRET my decision to buy from Syndicate Jeweler and I would NEVER EVER BUY from Syndicate again. For any potential buyer , My suggestion is AVOID a jeweler which lacks even basic courtesy towards its customer.

SYNDICATE Jewellers store at camac street is best of their store ever in this store you can all types of jewellery such as Modern,Classic, Traditional and etc . Staff at this store polite,well behaved and well mannered . In this store you all the facilities such washroom, well ventilated area and comfortable seating chair.
