Horrible experience. Never come to this guest house. The caretaker is very much ill behaved. On the check out time they will increase the money. He seems to be fraud.
That 2 guys have no respect to the guests. They use to knock the door at meaningless matter. so many issues we have faced.

Nice place to stay. Well maintained room, tidy washroom. The bedsheets were clean.
Blanket and cushion were very comfortable. Overall, the facility is amazing. The location of the guest house is also very easily accessible. For food you have to walk a little distance. There are a few restaurants in that area. Neighborhood was clean, too. There was a small Hanuman temple at 2 minutes walking distance.
The Nicco water park is at a very short distance . Only 7-8 minutes walking distance.
There were no restrictions on anything.
The caretaker or manager was fine and friendly.
They provide a very safe environment for children and women.
The price is pretty much fair. 4k-5k for triple sharing.
Aadhar card or any other identity card verification is necessary. They took pictures of you for security purposes.

The management and behaviour of staff sambhu is very bad and fraudulent. While showing rooms he said a certain price and during check out he demanded for more money and argued. Worst experience ever.
